Al Madina Women's Hospital was honored by the visit of Dr. Mohammed Al Jarallah, the former Minister of Health in Kuwait and a pioneer in obesity surgeries in Kuwait and the Gulf region, to discuss obesity surgery cases with Dr. Mohammed Hani Ashour, "Consultant in Obesity Surgery". Al Madina Center for Obesity Surgery is the first center in Egypt accredited by the International Organization for Standardization (IFSO).
